I have been looking at Ibanez because they are sort of cheap but also good quality it looks like. I want to get an electric guitar that has a very rich sort of acoustic quality to it. Also I need it to be under 350$ . I have been looking at semi hollow and hollow body electric guitars. am I looking in the right direction. can someone please help me with this search. is there any good cheap guitars anyone knows of. I also really want something with a classic rock sound. Here is the guitar that I am looking at:

the artcore is a very nice guitar for the price.
also, the epiphone dot is excellent for rich tones too. just make sure you play it through a good amp or it’s pointless.

well for your price range i would say thats the best you are going to get and its the tone you said you want so i would say go ahead and get that one
Ibanez are good guitars. But a really good guitar for its price is The Esp Ltd MF100. Its the cheapest (electric) guitar I own and its my favorite one. The sound just blows me a way. Seriously. Disrtorted and clean. Its a looker too. Run down to a Guitar Center and see what you think.
