I am looking for the best electric guitar for about 150 dollars.
I did a bit of research and the best one is Ibanez GRX20.

I assume you mean $ 150 new. That does limit the field quite a bit. I would definitely disagree with you on the Ibanez GRX20. I do not like the Gio series at all. Those are very cheaply constructed low quality guitars, much like the lowest end Squier guitars. The Ibanez RX series are a much better guitars than the Gio series. The RX120 is around that price.
If you will consider used guitars also, that would open up the possibilites a lot. There are several very good guitars that will sell for around $ 150 used.
